* Preliminary data.
The statistics have been corrected due to an error in the data transfer process during the third quarter of 2024 concerning wheat. The change affects the figures in the tables “Quarterly use of cereals, protein crops and oilseeds in industry,” “Annual use of cereals, protein crops and oilseeds in industry” and “Annual use of cereals, protein crops and oilseeds in industry”. The changes affect the figures in the columns for total use of cereals, total use as feed and total use of wheat.

Quarter

2025Q1

Data corrected on 16.5.2025. Due to a system error, the figures for organic wheat and rye wheat were corrected because part of the food use of organic wheat was recorded in rye wheat. The impact on total wheat consumption was +0.3%.
