Data corrected 22.4.2024. There was an error in the 2022 statistics regarding the proportions of wood species recorded. The correction affected the quantities for domestic wood: spruce logs +774 947 m3, pine logs -774 947 m3, pine pulpwood +503 934 m3 and hardwood pulpwood -503 934 m3. For imported wood: pine pulpwood +358 873 m3 and hardwood pulpwood -358 873 m3. Information corrected on April 20, 2026: Errors related to industry classification in the 2024 data have been corrected. As a result of the correction, the volumes of wood use by industry changed as follows: From the sawmilling industry to the plywood industry: spruce sawlogs 132,192 m³, spruce pulpwood 4,568 m³, hardwood sawlogs 4,409 m³. From the pulp industry to the mechanical and semi-chemical pulp industry: spruce pulpwood 59,829 m³, imported chips and sawdust 149,082 m³, by-products and waste wood from the forest industry (sawmill chips and sawdust) 335,717 m³.
