From 2013, the branch of industry 'Other' includes wood used for the manufacture of particle board, fibreboard, wooden poles, log buildings and wood pellets.
Previously, this branch of industry only covered the wood used in the production wooden poles and log buildings, in which case both particle board industry and fibreboard industry were presented separately as their own industries.
Some figures are redacted (..) on the basis of data protection.
Data corrected 22.4.2024. There was an error in the 2022 statistics regarding the proportions of wood species recorded. The correction affected the quantities for domestic wood: spruce logs +774 947 m3, pine logs -774 947 m3, pine pulpwood +503 934 m3 and hardwood pulpwood -503 934 m3. For imported wood: pine pulpwood +358 873 m3 and hardwood pulpwood -358 873 m3.
